Fair pricing
Riley Insurance Services offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Riley Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Riley Insurance Services walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Okay but not great
Used Riley Insurance Services for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Riley Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
