Poor communication

My biggest issue with Riley & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better

The rates Riley & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful but slow

The broker at Riley & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
