Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Richards & McKay Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Does the job
Richards & McKay Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sudbury. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Room for improvement
Richards & McKay Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
