Could be better
The rates Regent Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Regent Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Regent Insurance Brokers lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
