Family business feel

Solid broker
Reed & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Room for improvement
Reed & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
