Could be better
The rates RedRidge Insurance Partners found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from RedRidge Insurance Partners. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with RedRidge Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
