Slow and unresponsive
Ramos & Partners Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Ramos & Partners Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
