Could be better
The rates Proulx Assurances found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Couldn't be happier

Slow and unresponsive
Proulx Assurances was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
