Room for improvement

Porter Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Smooth transition

Switching from my old broker to Porter Insurance Group was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Does the job

Porter Insurance Group helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Lethbridge. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with Porter Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great

Used Porter Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Fair pricing

Porter Insurance Group offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Could be better

The rates Porter Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Multi-policy savings

Combined our home, auto, and cottage insurance through Porter Insurance Group. The multi-policy discount was substantial and managing everything through one broker is so convenient.
