Could be better
The rates Pelletier Conseil en Assurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Pelletier Conseil en Assurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Solid broker
Pelletier Conseil en Assurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Does the job
Pelletier Conseil en Assurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Saint-Jerome. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Room for improvement
Pelletier Conseil en Assurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Pelletier Conseil en Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
