Five stars all around
Switched to Patterson & Associates Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Fair pricing

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Patterson & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates Patterson & Associates Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
