Five stars all around
Switched to Oliver & Kent Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Multi-policy savings

Could be better
The rates Oliver & Kent Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Oliver & Kent Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Oliver & Kent Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
