Helpful but slow
The broker at Oliver & Henderson Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Okay but not great
Used Oliver & Henderson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job
Oliver & Henderson Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sydney. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Oliver & Henderson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Oliver & Henderson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
