Slow and unresponsive
OakGlen Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Okay but not great
Used OakGlen Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about OakGlen Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Amazing customer service
The staff at OakGlen Insurance Agency are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Room for improvement
OakGlen Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
