Slow and unresponsive
Nicholson Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Nicholson Risk Management. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Nicholson Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
