Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Nelson Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Nelson Insurance Services was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Room for improvement
Nelson Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
