Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Navigator Insurance Group. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Navigator Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Slow and unresponsive
Navigator Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
