Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Murray & Richardson Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Does the job
Murray & Richardson Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sarnia. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Okay but not great
Used Murray & Richardson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Pretty good

Could be better
The rates Murray & Richardson Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Helpful staff
