Lost my documents
McKenzie & Associates Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with McKenzie & Associates Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from McKenzie & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
