Excellent service
After a car accident, McDonald & Simpson Insurance guided me through the entire claims process. I felt supported every step of the way. Cannot recommend them enough.

Slow and unresponsive
McDonald & Simpson Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Solid broker
McDonald & Simpson Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with McDonald & Simpson Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from McDonald & Simpson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
