Amazing customer service
The staff at Mason & Matthews Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Great for home insurance

Could be better
The rates Mason & Matthews Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Room for improvement

Fair pricing

Mixed feelings
