Insurance made simple

Slow and unresponsive
MacKenzie Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Lost my documents

Poor communication
My biggest issue with MacKenzie Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from MacKenzie Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
