Poor communication
My biggest issue with MacDonald Risk Management was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about MacDonald Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Couldn't be happier
