Okay but not great
Used Ménard Services d'Assurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Reliable broker
Been with Ménard Services d'Assurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Ménard Services d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
Ménard Services d'Assurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
