Could be better
The rates Long & Singh Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Long & Singh Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Okay but not great
Used Long & Singh Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Long & Singh Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Long & Singh Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
