Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to Long & Howard Insurance was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Room for improvement
Long & Howard Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Long & Howard Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Does the job
Long & Howard Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sault Ste. Marie. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
