Okay but not great

Used Lloyd Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful staff

The staff at Lloyd Insurance Group were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Room for improvement

Lloyd Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Great for home insurance

Bought our first home and Lloyd Insurance Group walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.
