Solid broker
Lloyd Insurance Agency is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Lloyd Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
