Could be better
The rates Lloyd Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Lloyd Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
