Room for improvement
Li & Henderson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Li & Henderson Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Li & Henderson Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Good value

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Li & Henderson Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
