Poor communication
My biggest issue with Lavoie Services d'Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Couldn't be happier

Helpful but slow
The broker at Lavoie Services d'Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
