Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Lavoie Assurances. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Smooth transition

Okay but not great
Used Lavoie Assurances for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Lavoie Assurances was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
