Good value
I appreciate that Lane & Wells Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Smooth transition

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Lane & Wells Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
