Slow and unresponsive
Lake Insurance Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Local knowledge matters

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Lake Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Lake Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
