Renewal was painless

Does the job

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Knight Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Knight Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
