Okay but not great
Used King & Patterson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with King & Patterson Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful staff
The staff at King & Patterson Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.
