Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Kent & Lewis Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Fair pricing

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Kent & Lewis Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
