Room for improvement
Kelly & Nicholson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Multi-policy savings

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Kelly & Nicholson Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Does the job
Kelly & Nicholson Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Brantford. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Kelly & Nicholson Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
