Exceptional claims handling
When I had a water damage claim, Johnston & Ross Insurance handled everything quickly and professionally. The claim was settled faster than I expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Johnston & Ross Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Johnston & Ross Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
