Family business feel
Johnson & Co. Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Johnson & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
