Couldn't be happier

Poor communication
My biggest issue with James & Scott Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
James & Scott Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from James & Scott Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with James & Scott Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
