Perfect for small business

Okay but not great
Used Jackson & MacKenzie Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Couldn't be happier

Does the job

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Jackson & MacKenzie Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
