Reliable broker
Been with Jackson & Logan Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Solid broker
Jackson & Logan Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Room for improvement
Jackson & Logan Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
