Slow and unresponsive
Jackson & Donovan Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Could be better
The rates Jackson & Donovan Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Jackson & Donovan Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
