Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Integrity Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Multi-policy savings

Okay but not great

Room for improvement
Integrity Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
