Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Icon Risk Solutions. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Reliable broker

Helpful but slow
The broker at Icon Risk Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
