Average experience
My experience with Hughes & Partners Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Hughes & Partners Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Hughes & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Hughes & Partners Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Hughes & Partners Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.
