Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Howard & Smith Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Howard & Smith Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Howard & Smith Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Howard & Smith Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
