Poor communication
My biggest issue with Horizon Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
Horizon Insurance Partners handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
