Smooth transition

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Holmes Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Couldn't be happier

Reliable broker
Been with Holmes Insurance Agency for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Holmes Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Pretty good

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Holmes Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
